Working on two challenges with this card today. The first is to honor our Lydia at Splitcoast as Queen for the Day. I chose a card of hers to case using this favorite SU stamp of mine, Bella Toile. I stamped it in chocolate craft ink onto the Crumb Cake cardstock. (Regular classic ink just doen't seem to show up as well for this). Stamped the same image in Soft Suede ink onto Whisper White and then ran it through the Big Shot using the Bigz scallop envelope die for the envelope challenge. Sentiment is from You Are Loved with some added cherry cobbler seam binding ribbon to embellish.
Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!

Bella Toile Christmas

Today's color challenge calls for Poppy Parade, Tempting Turquoise, and White. I gold embossed the Bella Toile image and colored it with these colors and a bit of lime green. Dry embossed the Poppy panel with the Elegant Line folder, embossed sentiment from Bells & Boughs in gold. The ornament is from this week's Holiday Blitz to make a magnet (Technique is in Resources section). I embossed this in gold, colored it with Copics, added Dazzling Diamonds and Crystal Effects. My ornament can be removed from the card and used as an ornament and also has a magnet on the back. Added turquoise grosgrain ribbon, gold cording and mini pearls to frame. Sketch is Mojo164.

True Friend

This is a chalenge combo, one for using the colors of Kraft, Black, and Melon Mambo. The second is our weekly Doubledog Dare Challenge this week hosted by Joan Ervin. She challenged us to case a card from our challenge mate Julia (artstamper's) wonderful gallery.
I changed the colors and stamp sets used but kept most of my card close to Julia's. I used the Bella Toile embossed in Black on the Kraft and the flower from the True Friend set for the main image. Ribbon is the polka dot Melon on the reverse side.

Crimped Envelope Pocket Card

This is so easy! Seal envelope. I stamped mine with Bella Toile in black on a Kraft envelope. Colored in certain areas. Cut about 1 1/4" from the top and used eyelet border punch on this small strip. Run the bottom half of the envelope through the crimper. The top strip piece will fit nicely back over the envelope now.
Also used the 5 petal and Three Flower punches along with the Pretties Kit pearls, Cute and Curly set and matching punch for the sentiment, and black grosgrain ribbon. You can slide a card inside the envelope, I don't have a pic of one quite yet.

Bella Toile Monogram

Chrissy's Belli Challenge this week was to use a monogram. I used the Stampin' Up Lovely Letters set embossed in gold with Riding Hood Red, Handsome Hunter, and Whisper White cardstocks. I stamped the Bella Toile and then colored it in with Copic markers. I stamped a musical score (Stampendous) in Encore gold ink over top the Bella Toile. Finished off with some Riding Hood Red taffeta ribbon.
