Sending Smiles

More fun with the SSS September card kit. Added some Wink of Stella glitter to the balloons.

Just Miss You

Since my family lives thousands of miles away, I thought this set would be a perfect way to keep in touch. The Simon Says Stamp September card kit is called Just Miss You and has the best sentiments, images, papers, die cuts, and sequins (plus a jewel picker to get a hold of them). I love it all!

Gnome Friends

A clean and simple holiday card using Stampin' Up!'s new Gnome For The Holidays, colored in Copic markers. I used the new "banner pick a punch" from the holiday mini for the sentiment. This is one of the best things SU has come out with in years, I love it. I never seem to have the right size punch for sentiments and this is the perfect solution! The zigzag frame die is by Avery Elle and I use it for this since it happened to be on my desk.

Gnome Alone

These little gnomes from the holiday mini are just the cutest! Card stock colors are Crumb Cake, Mossy Meadow, and Real Red. SU sequins from last season, retired felt snowflake and rhinestone embellishment. I used a stencil and some Nuvo expanding mousse for the textured background.

Lots of cards for the annual Dare To Get Dirty Challenge at Splitcoast Stampers. I am not allowed to divulge the details of each, the challenges are a thank you to Fan Club members.
This has been a great way to build up my cards for donation to various causes that I have been working on throughout the stay at home days.

My first card is a slimline featuring Lawn Fawn holiday bunnies. I had so much fun creating this scene.

The second and third card feature "Flight of Fantasy" which is a fabulous stamp created by Pink Ink Designs (I found this at Simon Says Stamp).

Sending Sunshine

Enjoying working with Stampin' Up!'s Sending Sunshine set. Stamped a bunch of these on white and will change up the details a little on each one. Hope you are enjoying the days of summer and making the most of it however you can!

Throwback Thursday #3

Mixing the old with the new for this card with Timeless Tropical and the retired 2007 Sanded background stamp. I was inspired by a dress that I bought in Maui. Not Quite Navy card base with white craft ink and the coordinating SU tropical dies.

Throwback Thursday 2

Another throwback to 2002, using Stampin' Up!'s Toile Blossoms and a retired sentiment. The background 3D embossing folder is a current one, Botanicals by Tim Holtz/Sizzix.
I don't think this card looks too dated, what do you think? I would love to hear.

Throwback Thursday #1

Every Thursday I am hoping to be using an older stamp or supply, see if I can breathe some new life into it. This Stampin' Up! background stamp, Riot Of Petals is from 2008. I had such an addiction to the big background stamps, it was always the first place I would look whenever I got the new catalog.
This card uses Strathmore watercolor paper cold press, Kuretake gem colors paints, Tombow brush markers, Crumb Cake ink blended on with brush and then lifted some of the color off with a wet paintbrush, sepia Pitt pens for dots, Ink on 3 liquid glitter for open spaces, and a sentiment from Lawn Fawn Winter Skies embossed in white on Basic Black.

More Whale Done

Super cute Whale Of A Time designer paper brings these cards together so easily. The sequins are another must have! All supplies are Stampin' Up!

Whale Done, Stampin' Up!

Whale Done to Stampin' Up! for their new product suites and bundles. Especially this one! I love anything beachy, underwater, nautical, or anything that reminds me of Hawaii.  This designer paper pack may be my favorite yet. I fussy cut the turtles and popped them up on foam dimensionals, added the Whale of a Time sequins and used the Stitched So Sweetly dies for the sentiment. Calypso Coral card base.
All products are Stampin' Up! only for this anything goes challenge.
