You've Got This

For the flower from the You've Got This set I silver embossed, added colors with spritzed water and Brushos color crystals. Added Glimmer Mist for shimmer, cut out flower.
The background was bubble wrap with Versamark and clear embossing powder, shaded with Tim Holtz Tumbled Glass distress ink. Added some clear sequins to embellish and sentiment banner from Bloomin' Love , popped up on dimensionals.

Dirty Dozen!

I am beyond happy, honored, and excited to be one of the new Dirty Girls on Splitcoaststampers! I hope you can take a minute to check out the gallery. The theme for July is "Time to Relax" and was loads of fun to make cards and projects for.

Starry Night

Inspire by one of my favorite paintings, this stamp is from Technique Junkies. Stamped in navy and some green, colored with pearlescent chalks and mounted up on dimensionals to a gold embossed card base. Inked edges with Night of Navy ink.

Happy Fourth of July

Happy Fourth of July to all and Happy Canada Day to our dear neighbors!
For the CAS challenge to show your patriotism and the technique challenge to use shaving cream (and make your card smell nice!)
I tried various papers with this technique- Whisper White, glossy, shimmer white and Ranger specialty stamping paper. This last one was my favorite. It held up really well and took the ink the best.
I softened the look of it with a piece of vellum that was gold embossed with fireworks and our Statue of Liberty. I have made the climb to the top of this statue a few times and it is really spectacular. If you ever get a chance, visit her and Ellis Island. It is an emotionally moving experience.
God Bless all nations with peace and prosperity! Have a happy and safe holiday, y'all.
