Recycled packaging
The base is Stampin' Up's Naturals Ivory with Apothecary Art stamp set, various ribbon including white taffeta, vanilla velvet, and Beachfront rick rack (retired). The recycled part is the vintage image which was from a package of Melissa Frances pearls. The crocheted flower is a vintage one from the 1940's with a filigree brad.

Pedaling Past

This is a fun new set from Stampin' Up called Pedaling Past.
I used Basic Grey? Kissing Kate paper because I love the old fashioned, rustic look of it, just what I had in mind for this set. The crocheted flower is from the 1940's that I found on ebay. The detail on this is amazing, someone had a lot of talent to crochet this finely. The main image is done using the cracked glass technique to make it look older. Maybe I am becoming vintage myself since my sister had a bicycle just like the one in this set!

Crochet Flower

I found these amazingly beautiful hand crocheted flowers made in the 1940's on ebay. The detail on this is unbelievable with multiple layers on each petal. For today's Limited Supply Challenge I used only one sheet of plain cardstock as my card base (Naturals White) with Parisian Breeze designer paper, Top Note die, Pretties Kit pearls, Button Boquet, and Soft Sky stitched ribbon. The blue plaid border around the flowery Top Note is just the negative part of the paper that was cut out (the reverse side of the floral). I never throw anything away!
