This is for Operation Write Home's Stars and Stamps 12th challenge to use food or fruit on your card.

Delicate Doilies

Today is my turn to host the Color Challenge over at Splitcoast. I chose Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, and Melon Mambo with a neutral of either Whisper White or Vanilla. The added dessert option is butterflies.
My card uses all Stampin' Up supplies (except for MS butterflies) and was inspired by one of the samples in the catalog. The first time I used the beveled window frames, with the Four Frames set and Style Beautiful sentiment.

Delicate Doilies

I love this new SU set called Delicate Doilies. I stamped it in River Rock ink on Whisper White and mixed with the Style Beautiful set for the little flourish emblem and sentiment. The center frame is a part of the new Sizzix Bigz die that also comes with pennant shapes, new in the upcoming Stampin' Up catalog.
This is the piece from Sundance catalog that inspired me:

Delicate Doilies

Delicate Doilies is another new Stampin' Up set soon to be available with the July catalog.
All supplies are Stampin' Up. Inks: Razzleberry and River Rock, stamps sets Delicate Doilies, Itty Bitty Bits, and Style Beautiful. I had to add a razzleberry button near the sentiment since I smudged the ink :) This is a case of a card by Vicki Dutcher, today's Queen for the Day at SCS.

Spring Colors!

I am the hostess for the color challenge at Splitcoaststampers today and I have chosen the colors of Blushing Bride, Certainly Celery, and So Saffron. The dessert option is to add flowers in any way you choose~ either on the main image, embellishments, or papers. Hope you can come and join us!
The first card uses all Stampin' Up supplies, Style Beautiful stamp set with satin roses and white taffeta ribbon.
The second card uses the set Wild At Heart by Gina K. Designs on a clean and simple white base that used the Tulip border SU embossing folder.

My 1000th Blog Post!

This marks my 1000th blog post at Sleepy In Seattle Stamps. Wow, I need to get a hobby! Please stop by later in the day as I will be posting a blog candy giveaway to celebrate. Thank you all for stopping by to visit, it means a lot to me.
Today's card combines a few challenges, the Bargello technique from Splitcoast this week, my amiga Sharon's challenge to make a quilt card and the inspiration challenge today. All supplies are Stampin' Up: the new designer paper is Paisley Petals (love this!) available now in the Spring Is Blossoming promotion. Stamp sets are Elements Of Style, Style Beautiful, and the new Four Frames and coordinating punch.

Style Beautiful Elements

I used a part of the flower from Elements Of Style and the sentiment from Style Beautiful, Springtime Vintage paper. All supplies are Stampin' Up.
This is for a color challenge hosted by Julie where she has challenged us to use Baja Breeze, Elegant Eggplant, Pear Pizzazz and Peach parfait. I used a little of the peach in my flower center with pale yellow. Please join us if you can and let me know where I can find your card so I can leave some love!
