Paris In Springtime

Paris in the springtime is one of those things on my to do list. For this card I combined a few challenges on Splitcoast to catch up a bit. All supplies are Stampin' Up: Bashful Blue with Paisley Petals designer paper, taffeta ribbon, pearls, and cherry blossoms and sentiment from Easter Blossoms set. I ran this through the Big Shot (the Billy Joel song always gets stuck in my head when I mention this piece of equipment)using the Lattice Squares folder and added some piercing to the edges for textured interest.
Hope you are having a lovely spring day wherever you may be!

Springtime Smiles

Some spring chickies to brighten your day. I think the stamp may be from Penny Black, colored in Copic markers with SU Easter Blossoms set and their Springtime Vintage paper and Baja seam binding ribbon.
For today's color challenge of Marina Mist, Baja, and Celery and the Mojo Monday sketch.

Springtime Smiles

All supplies are Stampin' Up. I combined the sentiment, egg, and flourish from the Easter Blossoms set and the Day Of Gratitude medallion for this clean and simple card for today's Featured Stamper Challenge over at SCS. (For Mary Beth- mbrcutie25)
I really like to find ways to make each set versatile for year round use and both of these seasonal sets would work for that.

My second pic is the clown that we made at our cake decorating class yesterday. Mainly we were working on roses which I think I may need to keep practicing. A lot. Sorry I didn't get the picture of the clown before my guys tore into the cake.

SU Flower Punches

5 petal flower and Boho Blossoms flower punches were used to create these what I hope look like daffodils. (Inspired by the Flower Record daffodils from my garden). Done in Whisper White, Summer Sun, and Only Orange. For the clean and simple challenge for Monday on SCS.

Free Standing Pop Up Card

All supplies are Stampin' Up.
I was still in a daffodil mood when I made this card. I spent the morning planting some daffodils, primrose, lavender, and tulips. What fun to get back in the garden again!
The image and sentiment are from the new Abundant Hope set colored in markers. The Celery base was wheeled with Old Olive ink and the It's Beautiful wheel. I highlighted certain areas with the white gel pen, added some lovely olive satin ribbon that is currently available in the Occasions mini and made some flowers using the Sizzlits Birds & Blooms die in Summer Sun and Only Orange with a More Mustard brad center.

Spring Peeps

A dual challenge card of colors (Pale and Perfect Plum and Soft Suede)with this Tuesday's Teapot challenge of Mardi Gras (second picture). I was inspired by the pastel colored rhinestones around the mask and went from there.
Card base is Perfect Plum with some retired SU paper, don't know the name but is was a match to the Carte Postale stamp set. Very Vanilla ribbon, Sizzix scallop circle die and eyelet border punch with Recollections pastel pearls (non SU).
