An Open Book

This is to honor last week's Featured Stamper Irene (DandI93). I curled and popped up the main image panel so it looked more like an pages in an open book using the Nestabilities dies. The paper is the new Paisley Petals, sentiment is Style Beautiful, and flowers are from Garden Silhouettes. (Stampin' Up).
Butterfly is from Mark's Finest Papers Brick Wall set.

New Nestabilities!

I was so happy to be given two new Nestabilities die shapes to test out for the Product Review on Splitcoaststampers. I received the new Lacy Squares and Beaded Ovals sets. Both are so fabulous for creating the perfect frames! I will be experimenting even more with these new shapes, I have some ideas for even more projects. I didn't have too much time for my designs since I was away on vacation but now I am back and ready to go!

Travel Games Box

This will be a great item to take on long road trips and vacations. I used a garage sale find cigar box and used Stampin' Up's Game Night paper and some letter tiles I had in my embellishments stash. The "chess and checkerboard" sheet of designer paper will easily be folded up and put into the box for later game play. It is the perfect size! You can fill this with all kinds of miscellaneous game pieces. For this I have included the "board", dice, Yahtzee score cards, timer, pencil, checkers, playing cards.

Go Green

I used Best Creations shamrock paper with Garden Green and Whisper White cardstocks by SU with the Occasions mini set Go Green. The white panel was embossed with the Spellbinders Impressabilities die for added texture and also the Swiss Dot folder for the designer paper. Green is a color I almost never use but it sure works for St. Patrick's Day!
