Ghosts Of Christmas Past

I am having some home issues that need to be dealt with and have not had any opportunity at all to stamp so I will be sharing some of my favorites from Christmas past projects. Hope you like them and are having happy holidays and enjoying everything that goes into making this a beautiful time of the year.
The first is a hat that flips open at the top part and holds a gift card. I got the template for this project on Splitcoast. All supplies are Stampin' Up.
The second is a sleigh from a Sizzix die. Brushed Gold cardstock embossed with Bella Toile and a little 3D Santa embellishment to drive the sleigh!

Birthday Ideas

These projects were all made with Mark's Finest Papers products.
The first is the new Frames and Flourish stamp set with Basic Grey Capella paper. This is for Speedy's Friends challenge to use a die cut on your card (I used the Nestabilities Fleur de lis).
Ladybugs and Carnation stamp set with mint colored cardstock were used to make an apron gift card holder and the Sizzix die Baskets and Blooms was Stampin' Up.

Sending Love Specialty Paper

I love this new Sending Love specialty paper by Stampin' Up with the bit of sparkle running all through it. The designs in this pack are mostly pinks and reds but work for more than just Valentine's Day cards and projects. Can't wait to try out some more of this! This will be available very soon in the Occasions mini catalog.
There is a great tutorial in the techniques section of Splitcoaststampers for this cute beanie gift card holder by Carolina Buchting.
All supplies are SU although the organdy pink ribbon is retired. Pretties Kit beads and pearls, pink taffeta and white satin ribbon also used.

Apron Gift Card Holder

This is for my sister's birthday, and apron gift card holder, the card or money slips into the front pocket. This was inspired by today's SCS Inspiration challenge with the apron shown in picture. This is a super simple design, I got the pattern from Mirkwood Designs. Supplies used were Basic Grey Porcelain paper, Whisper White cardstock and the eyelet border punch, white eyelets, and taffeta ribbon. Pierced all around edges.
Happy Birthday, Patty!!
