I really love this new Holly Berry Bouquet paper from Stampin' Up. I used it with the Snow Much Fun snowman and the sentiment from Bells & Boughs. Layout is from Korin Sutherland.

Plum Poinsettias

This week's Color Challenge at Splitcoaststampers is to use Perfect Plum, Pear Pizzazz, and Baja Breeze with your choice of a neutral. The dessert option is to add a pennant/banner if that is something you would like to try.
My card used Stampin' Up supplies of the above cardstocks with the holly bough stamped in matching ink on the Plum, retired Autumn something paper, white taffeta ribbon and coloring in markers. I don't know if there is such a thing as purple poinsettias but I wanted to make a Christmas card with something current for this challenge. Pear frame is the Lacy Square Nestabilities.

Vintage Bells & Boughs

For a vintage looking Christmas card I used the new Deck The Halls paper and Bells & Boughs stamp set by Stampin' Up. Shaded image in chalk pastels.
Artichoke (card base) and True Thyme was used for the Music Notes wheel and the shaded edges. Riding Hood Red for matting. Chantilly Lace and half pearl for embellishing. All supplies are Stampin' Up.

Embossed Holly

My second project in my Christmas Countdown is a card. I embossed the holly sprig from Bells & Boughs in gold and colored with markers. I used the Petals-A-Plenty embossing folder and inked it with gold ink before running it through the Big Shot to get some additional color. Card base is Brushed Gold and the ribbon is retired, all from Stampin' Up.

Tissue Paper DP

The challenge for today was to use tissue paper in some way. This is not at all what I intended at first but I'm happy with the end result. I went looking for some plain white tissue to make a flower with and came across this old fashioned Santa tissue paper. I adhered a piece to the Kraft piece and mounted to a Cherry Cobbler base. For the flower I cut about 15 of the scallop circles from the same paper and made a paper rose (a small store bought rose is in the very center). The stamp set is SU's Bells & Boughs from the current holiday mini.

Bells & Boughs and ODBD

The first card used Stampin' Up's new goodies from the Holiday mini~ the Bells & Boughs set with the Deck The Halls designer paper.
Multi challenges went into making this second card. I chose the Arpella blue tablecloth for the Inspiration challenge on SCS, this will be a birthday card for Flower Soft's weekly challenge, Card Patterns Sketch #80, and the butterflies in the image are for the Teapot challenge this week.
Image and sentiment are from Our Daily Bread Designs, Razzberry Fizz Flower Soft on flowers, paper and buttons are Stampin' Up.
