I had this cute background all ready to go, made it with the Hero Arts hearts die cut and some awesome eyepopping Rina K glitter paste. So sparkly! It takes a while to dry so don't be in a hurry.
Added Simon Says Stamp bear from new February card kit, fussy cut image. I think they have a coordinating die cut coming out for this if you are short on patience or time :)
