Joy Gift Tag

I made this for Loll Thompson's 12 Tags of Christmas challenge.
Using a gelli plate and turquoise and gold acrylic paints brayered onto plate, I added some doily stencils and white dots with an eraser and white craft ink. Spritzed with glimmer mist when dry. Ran piece through with Sizzix 3D snowflakes embossing folder, then swiped top raised images with white craft ink. Added Tattered Poinsettias die and joy sentiment die cut from ice blue foil sheet (Sizzix).  Flower center is Recollections micro beads, bottom strip is SU glitter paper, tinsel ribbon trim is Tim Holtz, sequins were added to some snowflakes.

Hi Joanne!! Love all the layers of glorious ink and embossing to create this amazing, textured background!! The colours are beautiful! Your layered poinsettia adds lots of dimension with the microbead center and die-cut joy adding the bling. This tag has it all!! Thanks so much for joining my tag event! Loll xx
