Flower Soft
I love this Flower Soft Ultrafine powder for flocking and adding texture. For the little boy fishing, I used Sage for the grass and Toffee for the sand. Image (from the Flower Soft line Moments In Time, the set is called Best Fishes. This was colored with Copic markers and SU inks. Cardtocks used were Tempting Turquoise, Apricot, Black, and whisper White.
The second card used the Flower Soft Ultrafine Razzberry Fizz on the birds. The birds were cut from a light chipboard with the SU Sizzix die Birds & Blooms. The designer paper is by Little Yellow Bicycle with SU Rose Red, and layered flower is also a Sizzix die.
The Top project is a simple explosion box. Take a piece of 12" x 12" cardstock and score at 4" on all sides. Cut each flap to center square. The designer paper will each be about 3 3/4" square. The lid is 6" x 6" scored at a little less than 1" on all sides, cut tabs on sides to fold.
The bear was first punched from a light chipboard ( I used the sheet from an SU paper pack). Covered with Flower Soft Ivory for the bear and Red Ultrafine for the heart. Added black brad eyes, pastel chalk in pink for cheeks and a little ribbon rose for bow. The window is from the old SU retired set Window On The World, colored and cut out and mounted on dimensionals. Love frame is from the sentiment Things I Love (SU), "rug" is the lattic die (SU Sizzix) with some patterned paper behind it.
