Keepsake

As paper crafters this beautiful sentiment says it all. Never underestimate the value of one of your handmade creations and how it will bring joy to someone's day!
This stamp (actually a set of three) from The Project Bin is called Keepsake. You can use it as a sentiment or add it to the back of your card creations. Don't forget to sign and date your cards for an extra special touch, it's a great way to keep track of special occasions.

More Peace

The second card for the Jingle Bells Peace Challenge. This uses some retired SU Christmas paper and a peace symbol by Studio G.

Peace On Earth Challenge

A beautiful challenge theme over at Jingle Belles- a peace sign or peace themed Christmas card.
For the first card- This pretty keeper of a sentiment from Stampin' Up! (Greetings of the Season) was embossed in silver. Festive Flurries stamps and SU paper and embellishments. The tag can also slide into the pocket but I brought it out so you could see the whole thing.

Snome Time

I love the new gnome holiday stamps from Craft Consortium called "It's Snome Time". This is my first attempt at the no line style of coloring, I almost always stamp the images in black. For this card I used Gina K amalgam ink in Warm Glow which works beautifully with Copic markers. I went over everything with the fine tip of Stampin' Up! markers to match and added some highlights with white acrylic paint and some glitter to the images.

Pumpkin Spice

Check out this warm and wonderful new set called Pumpkin Spice from The Project Bin! I love fall and the scent and flavor of pumpkin spice, it always seems so comforting and homey to me. The sentiments in this one are unique and lots of fun!
I used some older Close To My Heart designer papers that I had been saving with some Tim Holtz Wildflowers die cuts. This card uses the Mojo Monday sketch #521.

Present Shaker

For the Jingle Belles Tag Challenge this week. I can't get enough tags, I make and send them in batches to my sisters since they have a lot of grandchildren. This elf is from Art Impressions and the present is cut out and attached to an action wobble so it shakes and jiggles. I'm sure we are all guilty of shaking a present or two! These wobbles are so much fun and an easy way to add a little something extra to a project. I bought a big bag of them on ebay a while back and really love them. See second picture for wobble works.

Hello Beautiful

Decided to make a card with the various items on my desk today.
A brushos panel, a daisy stencil that I used copper Nuvo embellishment mousse on, some rhinestones and sequins, and a butterfly set that I got in London (maker unknown). The card base was from my drawer of pre-folded or partially decorated fronts, this one had some gold embossing on the edges.

You Are Not Alone

Love these little aliens peeping up over the dashboard! The set is called Milky Way from the Project Bin. I used some designer paper from Echo Park and accented the skies with glow in the dark Nuvo enamel drops. This little flying saucer is super easy to cut out with the coordinating die.

Butterfly Collage stamp by Technique Junkies.

"Milky Way" by The Project Bin. Washi tape banners and sequins.

Penny Black angel, Stampin' Up! lace 3d embossing folder.

There are some very fun and creative challenges going on over at Splitcoast Stampers this week with the Dare To Get Dirty 2019. I usually try to do them all but just haven't had as much time this year. Check them out if you have a moment, there are prizes involved for those that complete all of the challenges!

Turtle Travel and a Snowman

Oh, this image brings such joy, I love the sweet little smile. The set is called Love Your Shellfie and also has matching dies available. Check out The Project Bin's blog for more really cute cards made with this.
This was a fairly simple card that used a combination embossing/die cut folder (Sizzix) on white card stock. I stamped the turtle on the inside of the card and embellished with some pink sequins.

This darling set is called Merriest Christmas and the snowman and sentiments will warm your heart. A little something for everyone here. I used a designer paper for the background sky, some stitched white hill dies (Lawn Fawn), and the star (from Milky Way set) in silver. An easy card to create with the help of the coordinating dies.

Milky Way and Rainbow Birthday

Isn't this little space traveler the cutest? Lots os fun possibilities with this new set called "Milky Way"  by The Project Bin.
I created a galactic background with glossy card stock and black, purple, and ultramarine brushos crystals and water. Stamped stars with silver craft ink. Using the Misti stamp positioner I colored the ufo in various markers, colored in saucer and alien with Copics.

Rainbow are always so cheery, don't you think? I used The Project Bin's adorable sentiment set Birthday Girl  to make this card. Colored sentiment in with various markers to match the little striped paper in the background. Card base is white with Happy Birthday embossing folder. The sentiments here have been my favorite "go to" lately! Click here to see more in the catalog.

Reindeer

For the Jingle Belles challenge of Neutral and Sparkles I went with a VeryVanilla base, white embossed snowflakes on top of card front, vanilla doily and little Sizzix Christmas trees edged with sparkle, and the forest critters (from under the tree) of a deer (Rooftop Reindeer from Hello Bluebird).
I love inspiration challenges!
