This set is called Fairy Whimsey, an adorable set of 7 stamps. I colored this pretty fairy with Copic markers, added some Dazzling Diamonds to her wings and popped her out on dimensionals. The paper is Basic Grey Euphoria and I stamped the sentiment in Rich Razzleberry on the bottom.
The second card uses two stamps also from this set, the baby fairy and the flower. I colored the image in Copic markers, added Dazzling Diamonds to the wings with Dusty Durango and Soft Sueded cardstocks, Razzleberry Lemonade paper, Buttons Latte.

That Euphoria is perfect with the first image, and I love the colors in the 2nd. I haven't even cracked open the Dusty Durango yet...but I love how you've made it look!
