Products used for this card were Spellbinders "Wrapped In Care" dies, "Soft Hearted" hot foil glimmer plates with bright pink foil. The dots were made with Nuvo "Shocking Pink" and glow in the dark. This is so fun, Joanne! The bright pink foil is fabulous, and I love how the Wrapped In Care dies pair with the Soft Hearted plates. The glow-in-the-dark Nuvo dots are such a clever surprise—perfect for the Foil and Shine challenge. Beautifully done!
