Autumn Is Coming

 Fall is already in the air here, 62 degrees and dark and rainy. Not ready for it yet but I am ready to begin the autumn cards and projects. The first card uses Simon Says Stamp Set Sail stamp set with Sail away dies, frame is Memory box "Underwater Collage", sequins are Trinity Stamps "Mermaid". 

The second card uses Sizzix "Winter Garland" dies and pumpkin with leaves dies I'm not sure of maker.

Ink Smooshed Hugs

 For the background I used some turquoise ink and TH distress sprays of Peacock Feathers, Worn Lipstick and a little Fossilized Amber. It's so shimmery! The "Blossom Swag" embossing folder is my current obsession (Simon Says Stamp). The flower is fussy cut from the Paper Rose "Botanical Blooms" pack and the hugs die cut is also from Simon. Blossom Swag

 The Blossom Swag embossing folder is from the Simon Says Stamp August card kit. I sprayed the cream card stock with the Tim Holtz Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers sprays that came with the kit, embossed the swag design and colored with Copic markers. Also embossed the envelope!

Simon August Card Kit

 The August card kit from Simon Says Stamp is so lovely, especially if you like flowers, the paper from Paper Rose is almost too pretty to use. I added some glitter gloss and embroidery floss to the die cut flower. Sentiment is embossed in white detail powder.
