Adventure Time Snapshot dies are from Spellbinders for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge, Vacation theme. I am not much for camping out, I'm more of a nice hotel kind of person :)

Lighthouse

 

Vacation time! I miss the Jersey shore right now, maybe I need to schedule a trip back home sometime this summer. A walk down the Boardwalk sounds so good!

This is for the Simon Says Stamp challenge with a vacation theme. Spellbinders Build A Summer Birdhouse is a delightful set of dies by Vicky Papaioannou. She is always such an inspiration to me. The sweet sentiment is one of my favorites, by Technique Junkies.

Gilded Birch Trees

 This is one of those cards that looks so much better in real life with the gilding flakes. Gold, copper, and silver gilding flakes (Nuvo), Spellbinders deer die cuts in copper, Impression Obsession Birch Trees background stamp. I highlighted the trees with gray Copics to add some depth. Forest Moss distress oxide ink for background.

Happy Summer

 I was wearing a sweater this morning but Happy Summer, everyone! In a couple days in will be in the eighties, most likely. This card is for the Summer themed challenge at Simon Says Stamp!

I used an embossing folder with a wave pattern for background and the Newton's Nook set Corgi Beach for the surfing pups. They need to make a corgi set with a big, fluffy tail like my Rocketman. Like this below.

Mermaid Meeting

 Sweet little Lawn Fawn Mermaid For You stamp and dies set, the background water is Aqua Texture by Hero Arts. For the summertime #151 challenge found HERE.

Father's Day

 

A card for my husband for Father's Day using Honey Bee Lucky Lures stamp set and Into The Woods3D embossing folder (a must have!). For the Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge of a masculine theme found HERE.

Summer Swing

 

This piece of patterned paper from the Stampin' Up! Cheerful Daisies suite is so pretty and does all of the work for you. I wish they had this one design in a pack all by itself, I know I would use it all of the time.

Swinging dies are by Penny Black, wood grain frame dies are Hero Arts.

Every Chapter

 Stampin' Up! Every Chapter image stamped, colored, and cut out. Colored with Copic markers. Paper is Honey Bee Simply Spring, card base is Boho Blue.

Card Kit Day

 

We had an electrician in this morning to install some outlets and I had to take my dog that likes to bark a lot into my stamp room with me. Forced to spend the morning making cards! He likes to feel like he's protecting me which is so cute and heart warming.

I used the June card kit Etched Greetings for this card along with Simon's postage dies.

Golden Thanks

The Wednesday challenge at Simon Says Stamp is Flowers, using the Simon products. I used Etched Greetings, stamping flowers in golden yellow and Tumbled Glass with Spiced Marmalade distress oxide inks on the thank you die sentiment.

Lemon Shaker

 Lemon Blossom stamp set is by The Greetery and I was so inspired by one of their designer samples that I had to try it adding a lemon die cut turned into a shaker. I was going to use a larger round foam piece but thought the smaller one would look a bit like the rind.

Birthday Celebration

 The card kit for June is a lovely one, filled with goodies. Tim Holtz ephemera, thank you die cut, patterned papers, foil sheets, and so much more. Clear embossed the flowers, simply stamped the sentiment in black, added some ephemera and the Simon postage dies. Supplies are Simon Says Stamp with the exception of the embellishment jewels which are from Sunny Studio Stamps.
