Colorful Corner Garden

Corner Garden is my favorite new stamp from the new Stampin' Up! catalog. I used the new Blendabilities markers to color, the butterfly is from Papillion Potpourri, the bee from retired Bloomin' Beautiful, the sentiment from Wetlands.

OWH sketch 235

For Operation Write Home's sketch 235 I used all Stampin' Up! supplies. I did not add a sentiment on the outside or inside because I liked that you can turn this either way and it still looks good.

Melon Mambo and Pretty in Pink cardstocks with some retired SAB paper, Flower Patch stamp set, mini silver brads and white taffeta ribbon. 

Flower Shop Soiree

For the Mojo Monday sketch I used all Stampin' Up! supplies: Pistachio Pudding and Brushed Gold cardstocks, Gold Soiree paper, Flower Shop stamped on vellum in Versamark and embossed with gold power, leaves are from the new Flower Patch, retired rhinestone brad.

Spider Webs

 

Some more Halloween cards for Operation Write Home. The first uses SU web and tulip frame folders and spider stamp from Out On A Limb. The second batch is the Frankenstein made from various punches in Gable Green and Orchid.

Stampin' Buddies

 

 

It's has been a bit harder lately to find some free time to stamp due to our new Corgi puppy, Rocket. Love this little guy! I have to totally wear him out with a game of fetch before I bring him into the stamp room. Desie, the black lab mix is fairly new to the household, we got her from Jim's Mom in May.

The first card uses SU's Tangerine Tango cardstock with the Autumn Harvest pumpkin that was colored in markers and popped up on dimensionals. The black swirl is a retired thinlits die. Paper is by Authentique.

The second card is on Pool Party with clouds sponged in matching ink and partial sentiment (tiful) is from the new Flower Patch set. Boo! and ghosties are by Recollections.

A few more cards for Operation Write Home using Recollections stamp set and Authentique paper. The first card is this week's sketch challenge.

Soiree Flower Patch

Stampin' Up! supplies: Crisp Cantaloupe and Calypso Coral cardstocks with Gold Soiree paper, Flower Patch paper. Filigree brad with non SU brad center. Flower Patch bloom was hand cut and layered with dimensionals.

trick or treaters

 

Stampin' Up! retired jumbo Halloween wheel in black with brayered lavender and Ballet Blue for sky. Card base is Brushed Silver stamped with the new background stamp I Love Lace. Sentiment is by Savvy Stamps and fence is a Martha Stewart punch.

Softly Colored Garden

This card was so hard to get a good photograph of, it is much prettier and softer looking in real life. Stampin' Up Corner Garden was embossed in white and shaded with Pearlescent shimmery chalk pastels (not SU). Sentiment in Strawberry Slush is by Hero Arts.

Quilt Squares

Stampin' Up! Very Vanilla cardstock with various retired Halloween papers cut with the 3/4" square punch and older SU sets. Embossed pumpkin border by Tim Holtz. 

Pastel Corner Garden

Stampin' Up! Corner Garden embossed in white and then colored with markers. Shaded with chalk pastels.

Batty For You

Stampin' Up! cardstocks of Basic Gray, Black, Apricot, and Sahara Sand. Bat stamp is from Wicked Cool. Sentiment and tree die is Memory Box.

 

Booglie Spooks

All Stampin' Up! Stamp sets: I Love Lace for background, Booglie Eyes, and Toxic Treats. Swiped Pumpkin Pie ink pad over the Whisper White card base that was cut out with and oval die for the "window".

Batty For You

 

Two more Halloween cards for today. The first uses House Mouse image, Memory Box sentiment, Martha Stewart designer paper. Doodled edges with fine tip black marker.
The second card uses Stampin' Up! Halloween washi tape from last season, Mark's Finest Papers sentiment and ghost trick or treater on Shimmer White, Basic Black, and Pumpkin Pie cardstocks.

Early Halloween

 

I know it seems early for Halloween but I wanted to get some of this theme done before the August 31st Operation Write Home deadline. The first is a tag using an older SU chipboard with Basic Black cardstock, some metallic stickers, a Halloween sentiment stamp embossed in copper with copper ribbon and cording.

The second is a grouping of random stamp sets, mostly Stampin' Up!

For the Mojo Monday sketch challenge #353. Stampin' Up! supplies Cantaloupe, Pool Party, Pistachio cardstocks, SAB designer paper with Petal Parade and I Like You stamp sets.

For the Virtual Card making Party to make a his and hers card using the sketch provided. In Color 2013-2014 designer paper pack in Brown Sugar and Strawberry Slush. The Open Sea and Flamingo Lingo stamp sets. 

Hexagon Hive Flower

Stamped Flower Patch blossom with Calypso Coral ink, leaves in olive. Hexagon Hive thinlits die cut with Gold Soiree paper. I Like You hostess set for sentiment.
