There is a wonderful tutorial on Splitcoaststampers in the Resources section to make this star with vellum, cardstock, and the small and large tag punches. This is the first time I've tried this and it was much easier than I thought it would be, nothing to be scared of at all!
I used a floral patterned vellum and Riding Hood Red and Whisper White. Very Vanilla taffeta ribbon {I used this to match the pearl in the center of my vintage button which is from my collection}. Mini jingle bellls tied to ribbon and Joy sentiment is from the set Glad Tidings embossed in white. Pierced and dotted edges and used scallop edge punch for border.
Oooohh, love the flower. How long does it take to make? It looks like a lot of work - but it's worth it.
