Blog Candy Giveaway!
I am giving away the items shown here in the picture to celebrate my 1000th blog post. Simply leave a comment and a way to contact you if you don't have a blog and my son will draw a random name next Sunday, April 10th.
I have been asked what I do with all of the cards that I have created :)
I have donated approximately 6oo cards to our troops through Operation Write Home and various other card drives that collect cards for our troops to send home to their families. These men and women do so much for us, I feel it is a little something I can personally do to show my appreciation. The rest of the cards I am saving to maybe open up a little on line card shop someday soon!
Happy stamping and thanks again for taking the time to come and visit me!

Wow, you've sent a lot of cards to the troops! Good for you! I'm looking forward to the next 1000 cards. (I'm sure the troops are too.) Awesome cake!
Happy 1000th Blogaversary!! You've sent a lot of cards to some very deserving men and women!! Thank you. You cake looks too beautiful to eat!!!
Congrats on that # of blog posts, and for sending all those cards to the troops! I have a neighbor lady who sends nearly 100 every month to OWH. Sad to say I don't send any where near those numbers, just occasionally. Thanks also for the chance at some goodies.
HAPPY 100 FOLLOWERS!!! Your candy looks yummy. I too am going to donate all my cards to OWH! I am having a OWH card making luncheon in a few weeks for family and friends that have been wanting to do something and loved this idea when I told them about it. So exciting!
Thanks for a chance to win.

So glad you answered my question! I made my first ever donation to OWH last month. It is a very important effort especially since I have two military nephews and one is in Afghanistan right now. Congrats again on your post milestone!
WTG Joanne! Congrats on the amazing amount of posts! You are one mighty talented lady and I love being your friend.
Hugs,
julie
p.s. you don't have to enter me into the giveaway. I have your IRL friendship and that's good enough for me. :-)
I can't believe 1000 posts. (And I am still drooling over that yummy looking cake!!!) Sending cards to the troops is something I do on a regular basis. Feels good to be doing something, doesn't it? Big hugs, my friend!
Well shucks I have to throw my hat in the ring!! Thanks for the opportunity! Looks like fun stuff to me!!
Congrats on all the OWH cards too!! Awesome support!
Congrats on your blog and your cake decorating. I took classes 33 years ago and make my own wedding cake. Thru the years I've made hundreds and even my step daughters wedding cakes -- one had a fountain, stairs, the whole sha-bang. I haven't done any decorating for several years now but may try to make something for the grandkids once I retire this summer. It is a great skill and you will love it too! redstampinsam gsrmmeyers@att.net
Congrats on your milestone blog posts! Better yet is your giving spirit with donating all those cards to service men and women!
Love your blog! Congrats on 1000 posts!! Thanks for a chance to win.
Love your work. I just found your blog and love everything I have see so far. Do you give classes? I live in Marysville and would love to learn some of the techniques you have used like the wood grain. And especially congratulations on 1000th blog post.
Just love looking through your blog and getting so many ideas! That is so neat that you donate your cards to the troops! Happy Blogaversary!
