Dutch Country Dazzle

The Razzle Dazzle set reminds me of a Pennsylvania Dutch Country design so I used the traditional colors of (Brilliant) Blue and White. All supplies are current Stampin' Up. Medallion background stamp done in blue on white and embossed again in white on blue. Card base is textured Whisper White, second layer of white was embossed with a Texturz plate run through Big Shot. New 5/8" white satin ribbon, Pretties Kit pearl, and Blue Bold Brights brads (say that fast three times :) for embellishing.
