I work with Crystal French who inven...Hi Jackie. I work with Crystal French who invented this new Technique. Connie Ingram is the one that demonstrated it at Regionals. This technique works best when you use the shimmery white card stock. It is more dense that whisper white. Watercolor paper doesn't work well at all because to make the technique work you need the water to 'pool' on top between the embossed lines.
